Like many people in today’s world, your ability to take on this world never came with an instruction manual. It can be incredibly difficult to feel like life is only giving your curveballs and chaos, and it's tough to feel like you have everything together when life seems overwhelming and disorganized.
You know, I get it. To live out life feeling that way can be incredibly exhausting; I wonder if you feel that, too. Many of my clients come to me because they have tried their best to either ignore there was a problem or to fix it on their own. It takes courage and strength to realize there's benefits in seeking guidance from others. In those moments, I can say for a fact: you are not alone in this perspective.
